In this episode of The David Paull Show, I talked with Nadine Gartner, founder and executive director of Boost Oregon (@BoostOregon). I was introduced to Nadine as my team recently collaborated with her organization on a study aimed at developing effective messaging to address COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy.
Nadine founded Boost Oregon to ensure people have access to science-based facts around vaccinations, and we discuss what drove her to change career paths and take on the challenge of starting up a new non-profit organization. We also talk about Boost’s mission and the important distinction of how the organization has positioned itself as pro-science versus pro-vaccine, and the role Nadine sees for her organization in addressing hesitancy around the COVID-19 vaccine. @OHAOregon @ORPublicHealth
